How to maintain the rewinder?
- The transmission device of the toilet paper rewinder, such as the gear chain, needs to be buttered over time.
- There is generally no problem with the rewinder. The consumable parts are nothing more than small gears. If one is added, the printing knife is easy to break. And the wool roller will become thinner after a year and a half of use. It needs to be shipped back to the factory for repair. In terms of the steel roll embossing device, if the embossing pattern needs to be replaced, the steel roll needs to be transported back to the original factory for modification, which does not cost much.
- Pay attention to the stable voltage of the rewinding machine, otherwise it is easy to burn the motor. And pay attention to hygiene, do not let the sundries fall between the steel roll and the wool roll.
